“Large, quiet room, lovely pool, great location ”

“The inside was very nicely decorated for the theme, and the area it is in is convenient, however the rest of our stay wasn’t as great. There is no parking except street side, which we ended up getting a ticket for. The walls are super thin and you can hear people even whispering in the room next to us. The bar was not in use the entirety of our 4 day stay. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. And check in was an absolute nightmare for us, as well as someone else we met outisde the building who……

“I was in a unit with no AC for two days...... when i asked for a refund for the 2 miserable nights they attempted to manipulate me and say that i did not let them know, which was a lie. I brought it tp their attention several times before they moved me to a new unit. ”

“Lamentablemente no tuve la mejor experiencia. Me infestaron hormigas, no me cambiaron la habitación, solo fueron a “limpiar” pero me dejaron todas las hormigas muertas ahí. Una falta de respeto completamente. Le comenté a la host que había un huésped que hacía ruido a las 5 de la mañana y le valió, no me respondió. La host, se tardaba en responderme. No volvería. ”

“酒店有兩層高，住的是2樓，但2樓整條走廊很多很多小型的昆蟲四圍飛 客房也有幾隻，要自己努力去拍死牠 房間OK，可以接受。 但是外面有勁大的噪音， 每天一早不知是垃圾車還是其他車輛經過簡直好像火車般嘈吵 難怪酒店會附送耳塞。 另外客房內的冷氣機勁嘈，非常之影響睡眠。 但係可以一讚的是酒店所處的位置比較安全， 不會有太多遊民 另外酒店員工非常之好，這個一定要讚他”

“The unit was clean and spacious, and check-in and check-out were very easy. The gym is small and basic but has what you need for cardio or weight training. Even though there is no communication with a human host, the AI text messaging was quick and quite helpful. The lounge and luggage storage were especially useful since our flight was later in the day—we were able to check-out and explore the city without carrying our bags around.
