"What can we say, except totally amazing! The property and amenities were well appointed and resembled a resort quality and feel in Homer Glen. IL. We stayed 4 nights at the end of May 2024. We had our wedding on the property and had a wonderful time. Anything we had a question on or had a slight concern with was addressed timely by Laura and her team. We highly recommend having your next event here. We give it 5 stars! Thank you again for allowing us to have our wedding at your property!"

"The location was great for me, the place itself was fine. I found the couch to be fairly dirty, and the manual lock on the doorknob wasn't working. It was a smart door lock, which would have been fine, except I wasn't sure if it was locked or not. I reached out to customer service to see how I can verify, and had a fairly hard time getting information. Unfortunately, I kept getting info that wasn't applicable to my unit. Many hours later, I was notified that the property manager can see that...

"The problems began with several computer warnings that our reservation would be cancelled for failure to complete checkin which had already been done. That was followed by maintenance problems including the closet rack which came apart and fell, the silverware drawer which wasn't locked in properly and almost fell out of its slot, the washing machine which shook so badly it moved around in the closet, the chipped and loosening floor tiles and the loose toilet seat. "Safe area less than a minute walk to blue line subway. 2 stops to downtown Riverwalk area. Espresso shop, CVS pharmacy, liquor store all 1 to 2 minute walk. Nicely appointed with everything from coffee to snacks."
