“A Down-to-Realism Vacation Stay: Highly Recommended! ​My stay here was absolutely Excellent and I enjoyed every SINGLE DAY of it. Old Wooden Bridge Cottages & Marina (listed as a Resort on some websites) is the perfect spot if y'all are looking for a decently priced stay. To be realistic, it is not your expensive luxury Hilton-style hotel—but it is an excellent, authentic Keys experience .... We stayed in Cabin J7, which came with Beautiful views (especially Morning Time) and Convenient Private……

“The host team is amazing and very responsive. The house is very beautiful inside and out. We loved grilling downstairs, so much room down there. We loved our stay here because it was very secluded, unlike Key West, where you are on top of each other. The location is perfect because you can still make it down to Key West in 25 minutes for activities and food.”

The Host was not available at any time, it plain as day states to contact host for gate code and I notified 24hrs before, I called at 1pm the next day, no response, I called at 3pm and texted that i would arrive at house by 5pm like check in states with no response, I stopped for lunch and my new arrival was at 6pm, which is the time I arrived at the house, I called several times to host for gate code, and no success again, It was frustrating I……

“The houseboat itself was decent, but unfortunately our stay was ruined by several major issues. When we arrived, we found blood stains on the pillowcases, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. Even worse, the main air conditioning was not working. It was over 90°F inside the houseboat, making it nearly impossible to stay inside comfortably. We repeatedly tried to contact the host for assistance, but never received a response. We even contacted Expedia, and they were unable to……
