"I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! ❤️ The staff was incredibly nice, kind, welcoming, and helpful. There was one lady in particular who went above and beyond to make my stay even better. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she was a Black lady, and OMG, her customer service was NEXT LEVEL! 👏🏾❤️ She was so sweet, professional, and genuinely caring. You can tell she truly loves helping people. I wish I remembered her name because she deserves special recognition! Thank you for making my experience so memorable. I truly appreciate it! ❤️"
