"The property was beautiful and in a great location. We enjoyed walking just up the street to have breakfast at the local cafe or dinner at the local restaurant, just as much as sitting on the patio enjoying a glass of wine and local meat we bought at the butcher who is across the street. We loved the area, as it sits in between Positano and Amalfi, so we were able to visit both easily. There is also a scooter rental just in front of the property. "Villa Lauro was a fabulous home away from home on the coast. We had no issues staying at the Villa. Giulia was a dream, and went above and beyond during our stay. From assisting us with a special birthday dinner one night at the villa to helping us locate and retrieve a bag that we left one night at a local restaurant, she was superb! It was very difficult to leave Villa Lauro. I hope to return to this very special place soon!"

"Overall our family loved staying at Villa La Calcara. The property is very unique and the views are gorgeous. There is a terrific common area where everyone can gather. We had problems with our phones and she called for us to book tours around. Its clean and in the center of lemon trees and flowers.
