"This place has everything. From beach and sunset with pool and sports courts to having every possible accessory needed as if it were your own home, this place had it all. Everything was spelled out and easy… didn’t need to contact the owner once during our entire stay. If coming back to Moss Landing, would definitely stay again. "
"Oh Captain, my Captain! Moss Landing is such a hidden treasure, and this was an amazing way to spend the night! The view, the soaking tub, the bed, the decorations, the viewing deck... it was all wonderful to experience! Watching the birds and the otters in the Slough was spectacular! It was quiet and people were respectful of the quiet times. The tub filled up and the water was so hot the entire time. The bed was a little hard, but I slept like a rock!
The Innkeeper was delightful, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area! The snacks, treats, and beverages that were available in the common room were great options. I cannot wait to come back to this place again!"

"The place is clean and wonderful. It is how we imagined the experience was going to be. We can hear the ocean waves from the house, easy access to the beach. The place was well stocked. Everything that we need for our stay was all there. The owner responds fast. 100% we recommend this place. "

"We had a wonderful time! The photos of the views from the balcony/deck do not do this property justice. The location was sensational. The condo definitely served its purpose. It was perfect for what we needed. The only disappointing part was the neglect that the condo clearly has suffered. I was not shocked to see that it was listed for sale. The broken blinds, paint patches, filthy sliding door (perhaps from water damage?), and other items throughout the condo that needed a little TLC gave the impression that this property is not as loved and cared for as it should be. If this place wasn’t being sold, we would absolutely stay here again; the location was that ideal. It just had so many little things going on that I found myself taking pictures so I could document and timestamp all the neglected elements. "
"Stop your search and book this house! When I say it has everything you are looking for, I mean everything - the owners did not cut any corners in making this home a perfect beach getaway. From a fully loaded kitchen (every gadget, cutlery, spice you could imagine), to 6 plush robes hanging in the closets, this house is exactly what you want when looking for a luxury beach getaway. We didn't have kids, but it is absolutely kid friendly if you do, with beach toys/wagon, and game closet. The beds are large and comfortable and bedrooms have blackout curtains. The fireplace was spectacular and kept the house warm and cozy. Lastly, it was impeccably clean and stocked with extra supplies. If you want to feel spoiled and pampered all while having secluded, almost private, access to the spectacular beach, this is the house for you.We are so grateful to have spent time here and make incredible family memories. "We had a wonderful time. Clean, comfortable, great layout. Fully stocked kitchen - bring your own food, spices, condiments if you plan use the kitchen and eat in. Beautiful ocean views from most rooms of the home. Lovingly cared for unit. Bedrooms well spaced from each other. Very quiet. We enjoyed trying Phil's restaurant as recommended. We also headed to Monterey and Pacific Grove - 30 minutes away, more sun there that day. Would love to stay again sometime."

"We had a wonderful weekend at this home and enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the relative proximity to Santa Cruz and Monterey. The home is well stocked with supplies that you may need and was very comfortable. "
"We had a lovely stay. The view is awesome; we had the beach to ourselves, and the spacious accommodations were clean and comfortable.A couple of items were in need of repair. The back slider didn't lock until we cleaned out the rust and got the latch to open and engage. There was no blind on the largest window in the primary bedroom which meant waking up with the sun and the knob was missing on the heater in the primary bathroom.I'd very much like to visit more often as it's a wonderful place, just wish the fees and taxes weren't more than the rent! "

"Capurro Ranch is a stunning home set in an incredibly picturesque setting. While there was so much to do in the area, one could literally spend a day or two just hanging out at this house enjoying the view all day. The view is beautiful from all angles and needs some time to take in. Bring your binoculars!Our group was fairly large and this sprawling home was more than comfortable for the lot of us. There is even a mini dance studio we used for dance parties for our kids. The kitchen is very well equipped which is good because we cooked most of our meals. The home owner was gracious enough to stop by to say hi and make sure we were enjoying everything, but did not intrude.When you do feel like leaving the property there is lots of outdoor activities to do at the beach or in Elkhorn Slough. Moss Landing and the area has some good restaurant options so you won't be stuck in the car too long when out for the day."

Enjoyed walking on the beach and birdwatching. We were visiting for an event at Laguna Seca and it was a nice quiet place to rest after the crowds.
