"Was disappointed in the final price. Much higher than expected. Staff was very pleasant. Could not get a table for dinner Thursday evening. Would have been nice if someone had suggested to get a reservation at the time we checked in as most local diners were closed that evening. The trolley ride to see holiday lights was c awesome. They took extra good care of my son, who was in a wheelchair. The pool is exceptional. Best in WI. "

"We were checked in by Angie, the Assistant Manager and that set the tone for our whole stay! The hotel is great - but the staff really does make all the difference! Shout out to Bill too, who made breakfast more than just the food! "

"Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, room was very clean. I wipe everything down when I get there and I got nothing but clean. Nothing showing on my Lysol wipes after wiping. Location to Brewer stadium and The Forum was about and 15 - 20 min commute but worth it due to location of this hotel in Brookfield. Felt safe all the time. Breakfast was good. Everything was warm and not overcooked. Cheese omelets and sausages was the hot portion. Had all the continental options as well. Definitely will stay there again!! Pool and hot tub looked nice but didn’t get to enjoy them. No time. "

"The room was spotless! We also left our car parked there instead of long term airport parking and the shuttle driver was great! There had just been a snow storm, and he delivered us directly to our car and moved our luggage. Everything stayed dry! Wish I knew his name… he’s a gem."
