"The elevators were giving a few problems when we arrived the fire dept come like 7am the 1st morning to get someone out of the elevator..later that day microscopic ants appeared the staff trirmed to say they were after our sweets but the only thing that was there was my coffee maker ..but they sprayed...Wasp and hornet killer in a few places..they didnt come back though..parking it was terrible too many cars no spaces this was the first time iv run into that issue staying there..other than that...

"I loved the amenities and fun things to do for the kids. We had a great time in the hot tub as well as the kids enjoyed the lazy river and pools. However, the pictures depict more upgrades than there actually were. Granted, they are in the process of renovating but the entire hotel including showers, lamps, and balcony furniture were outdated. The entire facility needs a deep cleaning. "
