“Pros: Nice and attentive staff, easy check in process, nice decor and layout in lobby and room, decent breakfast. Cons: Rooms though nice superficially are in need of upgrades. Roller shades had multiple holes and hard time staying up, wood in bathroom door chipping and areas gouged out, roller office chair has a large stain in the seat. Rooms could’ve been cleaned better with multiple fingerprints on the headboard dirty fingerprints near door handle. And what’s with the soap, shampoo and……

“I arrived at this hotel at around 10:30PM on August 18 to check in to my reservation for my one night stay with my husband. The receptionist told me that there were no available rooms. She said the reservation I booked on Expedia should not have gone through. She also said that they were only allowing 3 night stays because they were busy for college move-in day. So I asked if they were still going to charge us and she replied no. We didn’t want to inconvenience her so we decided to stay at a……

“We were greeted by James at the front desk, who was beyond pleasant! Thank you, James! The room was clean, but in need of repairs. The HVAC unit was making noises all night which make it hard to sleep. All in all, we had a good stay.”

“The best part was the breakfast, which had some type of hot eggs, breakfast meat and waffles each day along with staples like toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit. I would not have stayed here if I had realized it was pet friendly. We found dog food in the middle of the floor of our room and the carpet had dog hair throughout. Random hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub. The furniture was pretty beat. The mattresses were incredibly hard. The mattress on the pull out couch was incredibly thin……
