"The 2 restaurants are gone I guess temporarily. They made the hotel convenient. The menus were excellent but they are no longer . The staff is great 2 nd time coming here Jeanie was great as usual . She’s been there for years and always guided and helped with anything we needed both trips."

"Upon arrival, the elevator was not working and we were on the 4th floor and we found a huge live roach in our room. Checking in and anything at the front desk was eeeexxxxxttttrrrreeemmmlllyyy slow. Everytime we requested a taxi at the front desk we were told it would be quicker to get one on the street."
