“Great location right in the theater district. Walk to Time Square and 10 min from Penn Station. Brand new furniture and a nice bar. Professional staff (special shout out to Christina from front desk), nice room. The only thing that surprised me was that there was no in room coffee & mini fridge.”

“Very disappointed with our stay. The toilet in our room was broken for two days, making it extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, no one came to fix it during that time. Because the toilet was unusable, we had to go all the way to the public restroom in the basement whenever we needed to use the bathroom. What was even more frustrating was that we were never offered a different room or any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Basic……

“The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
