“The staff at scarlet pearl are the kindest people I have met. While every one was kind, I have to say those at desk services really care & want your experience to be the best it can be. We arrive very late due to flight issues and Ramon was understanding, polite and as pleasant as could be. Throughout our stay we were lucky to meet Glenda, she is so positive and personable. She always greeted us with a warm smile and great attitude! 10/10 would absolutely stay again. Only change I would like to……

“I liked the property but did not like going upstairs to the desk. Also you have to use a bell hop to use a luggage cart. However. The property was nice clean and the parking garage is nice. ”

“This is a perfect getaway for families, in particular those with babies up to about 12. The water park is never overcrowded, and is within easy walking distance of the rooms. The addition of life jackets for non-swimmers was MUCH appreciated this year, as was the covered area over a number of picnic tables, providing shade for anyone wanting to get out of the sun. The ONLY con is that that a microwave is not provided in the rooms. ”

“Quick overnight visit to Ocean Springs didn’t allow for time to explore the property, although very lovely. The pool looked very inviting. Comfortable bed and nicely renovated room. The only thing missing were bedside plugs for electronics. ”
