“This is a building with rooms, not a hotel! It has self-check-in via an app, which must be completed in advance. No one is present. All rooms are 1.5 to 3.5 flights of stairs. There is no elevator. The maintenance is shoddy. The cleaning supplies and extra linens are in piles on the stair landings. Furthermore, fair warning is not given to guests. You have to click "About this property" details to see that it has virtual check-in and accessibility issues. Even after booking, Expedia……

“Interesting little hotel. Nice bath tub which for me is always a big plus. Bedding is not great. Bed is very soft and sheets and pillow cases mismatched. No duvet or blanket. No breakfast but free muffins and coffee. We did not do dinner there so cannot comment on the food but it looked pleasant”

“Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them……
