The room was amazing with a wonderful view. The staff was extremely nice, personable and cared about our experience. They went above and beyond to ensure my husband and father had a wonderful birthday and stay. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

Very nice resort for young families. Friendly staff. The floors in our room were not clean so we asked the staff to clean that, other than that we were happy with our stay. Great food too.

It was very clean, everyone was very friendly. The food was great, lots of options for everyone. The only negative was the door handle on our room door was loose, so we had to slam the door for it to latch.

We traveled with our 2 and 4 year old and worrying they might be a little too young for travel. 3 months later and the kids still talk about how they want to go back and we continue to tell others how great they were with the kids. The property was very well maintained, the food was great, rooms were fantastic, and the staff... Darn were the staff ever incredible! We'll certainly be back. We're becoming big fans of Lomas properties

Loved out stay at Generations Resort. My only issue during the stay was not having at least 2 time options to retune from the water park back to h to the resort as it makes it very hard for your children to be at the park for so many hours and it was such an issue for us to return in the taxi we had to order and pay $30 for. I do have to say the staff is amazing, very friendly, helpful and informative I did communicate this to the concierge office and they offered to help with transportation if I needed earlier for the next day I was going back. Besides that we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely be back

The staff could not be nicer or more willing to help. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The restaurants are incredible for an all inclusive. The drinks are delicious. We brought our baby and they had everything we needed at the resort - a crib/monitor/etc. It’s not a big resort, but if you are looking for a short relaxing vacation, this is great!

The place is beautiful, the staff is tremendously welcoming and nice, the property has tons of activities to try out if relaxing at the pools and beaches isn’t for you. There’s a little bit of everything for everyone. Only thing that wasn’t really great was the lunch and dinner, the food isn’t really good quality it was more on the cheaper American buffet style type rather than authentic Mexican style.

Didn’t have much areas for the kids to walk and play as the other resorts were adults only. Ordered room service twice and it didn’t show up. Other times it took over 2 hours. Had to go and get water myself everyday. Asked for the mini bar to be restocked everyday and that didn’t happen.

We enjoyed all of the restaurants. However, the room next to ours was getting renovated and they made so much noise that my toddler had a hard time napping and going to bed. We complained and nothing was done. Also, we were on the side of the hotel that was away from all restaurants which made it difficult with a toddler.

We loved everything about it. The drivers were punctual to get you from point A to point B around the resort. The pool was plentiful. The breeze from our room overlooking the ocean was amazing. The only thing that was a slight issue was in the Chef Market. My fiancee wore a shirt that had very short sleeves and the host was giving a little slack. until we pointed out that there were a few ladies of the same party in pjs and head scarves at the breakfast seating.. other than that.. it was awesome

property was very clean and room was spacious. But having limited access to beach area ( we could not walk much on the beach area with kids since adult side of hotel would not allow kids to walk pass them) There is Casita (adult only hotel) side where beach is cut off with cement, and there are seating areas and hammocks on the beach my kids were not allowed to be on. there was no one at the beach except security personel watching us not to seat on those seats. With extreme windy weather and seaweeds everywhere making ribbon like line in the ocean and sand, we only got to swim in one pool. Going to Nick water park was hassel and we come to Mexico for ocean, not water park anyways. If we would want to go water park, we have alot more bigger one in the state or Bahama. If you have little babies or kids under 5years old who does not need much of adventure, this is the hotel for you. Very well maintained and Clean for sure. Shower water pressure is amazing. However, if you have little bit older kids, probably not a best choice.

Check in was lacking any information even when we were told “butler” would help. The front lobby had no one to greet us or bell hop. Time was limited when available to ask for help. Check in map and amenities were not explained. We found most restaurants were hard to get into. Most workers were texting on mobile devices vs providing services. Highlight was drivers between resorts who went out of their way to stop, help or provide info. Don’t recommend for the cost to make a reservation.

I really liked the big rooms they had! We absolutely loved our main floor swim out! We had Erbie who visited us daily to get our drink orders! The room was very clean, the maids did a good job at cleaning and giving us new towels. I didn’t like how they touched our personal belongings such as our toothbrushes and put them in different places on the bathroom counter. They did stock us well on water but lacked on the snacks they only did that once. We loved the catamaran and snorkeling on Maroma Beach! Drinks and food were included and that was one of the best places we ate!!! There was a lack of communication on instructions for things and where we needed to go or what to do both on Maroma Beach we got there and had no idea what to do. Same for when we left at the end of the week we didn’t know we needed a piece of paper for the transportation but we did eventually figure it out ourselves. But we loved the activities and loved the swim out it was so much fun! Loved the size of the bathroom too! The bartender at Sling Victor was so amazing and friendly we saw him every night! They kept the beach clean! We enjoyed so many meals at the Palms we loved that we can sit out and enjoy the great view of the beach while we ate! Room walls seemed to be thin and we could here a lot, they also didn’t seem to have a limit for quiet time. That did get frustrating when it was really late at night. Overall loved the way the rooms were set up!
