First of all when arriving we did not get a welcome drink. As getting our room, nothing was explained about the property and where everything was. Lady said just scan the code and everything is on there. Everything is done on the phone, did not like to look on phone for our menu's at different restaurants. Some places had to wait over an 1/2 hr was told to check back in 30-35 min....no buzzer to let you know when.. waited at both outside restaurants for breakfast and lunch, sometimes up to 30 min.. then its sit down so we wasted over 2 hrs just to eat breakfast and lunch This is supposed to be an upscale 5 star resort and no premium alcohol. some of the drinks specify a certain liquor and they did not even have it on the shelves. Found hair on plate of one of our dinners. Beach service was slow and sometimes didnt see service for over 2 hrs. THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR RESORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very understaffed. We ordered room service one night they never arrived. Ate at the lobster house for dinner and didn’t get any of the order right. Someone deficated in the pool, I don’t know what measures there were to clean the pool, but next day guest were in there swimming. Not a resort I would recommend for the price.

BEAUTIFUL!!! I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this is up there with the best of them. You expect all-inclusives to have lower quality food, amenities, service, etc but that was not the case! 11 restaurants and some of the best meals I have ever had! The daily activities and night performances were top notch! All around amazing experience!

Everything about this Resort is top notch! The rooms are exceptional and kept clean every day. The beach is clean and our service by Luis was attentive, friendly and consistent. I liked when no one was trying to sell anything and staff was super friendly everywhere, even maintenance staff. Also, I loved when staff didn't expect tips, did not show any attitude when no tipping and were very appreciated when tipped. Pool entertaining was good too. I loved those single instrument players. Top of all is that place was super clean. Been so many different adult resorts and I have to admitted that this was one the best one. I would go back.
