"Breakfast menu was limited but fresh. The dinner menu was robust and the quality was very good. Cocktails and wine selection were very good. The room was very clean, but the soap dispensers were inoperable. And some of the electric outlets didn’t work. The air conditioner was very efficient. The two men at the front desk were efficient but not particularly pleasant. One woman at the front desk was very friendly to repeat guests but not to others. The location is convenient to the airport and does provide shuttle service. All in all it provides adequate guest services and accommodations. "

"We have stayed at Bay Landing multiple times and always book a room there when attending a Giants Baseball game. We catch the CalTrain nearby and relax. This hotel is quiet (you would never think you’re next to an airport), clean, has spacious rooms, large bathrooms, and available views of the water. I appreciate real coffee cups and real glass for drinking water. We have enjoyed a lovely real breakfast with delicious omelettes, muffins, or waffles. Microwave and refrigerators are handy to have. I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you to the friendly staff!"

"Very nice property. Very nice amenities. Room itself was excellent, comfortable, relaxing, and clean. I enjoyed the separate living room/office space and the galley wet bar. Bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast of custom omelette bar was nice. The staff that we interacted with were great. Maeko checked us in with lightning efficiency. Not complaining but it was outside the room that was noisy, chlorine fumey, and even disquieting. The outside of the building had constant freeway and traffic noise. Opening the french balcony window was out of the question. There seemed to be audible activity in the inner atrium late into the night and a smell of pool chlorine was the dominant smell. Again not a big problem when inside the suite with the curtains drawn. But finally, my only real complaint was about the kind of gougy parking fee (for paying hotel guests) for uncovered outdoor parking behind a lift arm gate, presumably no dedicated security, physical barrier or cctv, only automated access control."
