“Excellent little hotel. Well maintained with easy parking and very quiet.”

“It's Great！”

“Soundproofing a problem - from above & either side.”

“This place always amazes me how the staff can be so courteous and never miss a beat. Parking is easy and walking distance from downtown San Rafael and the Marin County Transit Center. I enjoy that once I park my car I can walk wherever I want to go. And the hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.”

“Really well located if you need to go to San Rafael. I was afraid of the noise (the 580 and the 101 are nearby), but turns out the sound proofing was good. To the best of my knowledge, there was no breakfast, but you can easily get something from Burger King or any of the gas stations within a 5 minute walk. Very good amenities (fridge, microwave, coffeee machine), staff very friendly. There were some food trucks a couple of minutes walk on the evening I arrived, excellent tacos and burritos.……

“酒店前台阿姨和阿伯（也许是老板和老板娘）我想续租 告诉我在网上续租要便宜 我来晚了 还给我安排其他房间 我转天因为工作原因 还要继续逗留一天 可是 不能当时预约 还帮我解决了 没车位 也帮我找到车位 总之 我很满意”

“Cozy cabin for a launching point to the Marin area. Highly recommended.”

“酒店适合一家人住”

“It was a lovely stay. Great hosts. I’m not sure that the listing is entirely clear…it is an 2nd floor apartment created within the historic Edwardian home. The unit was modern, spacious, comfortable, and clean. There is one closed bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen/living area where there is a lofted twin bed. The owners are in the process of making improvements (new locked gate, window repairs needed), so if you’re ok with using AC and not windows, the stay is comfortable. The outside of the home……

“Eugene and Natalie you both are incredible hosts and we are so delighted with our stay at your Eichler home. The property is beautiful, we were immediatley greeted by deers! The check in process was very smooth and the hosts are very responsive and kind. We stayed in the Napa suite and it was equipped with everything we needed. The laundry is a huge bonus after hiking and spending the day out in San Francisco. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need. The bathroom could use a bit……

“My stay was very nice and peaceful. Felt safe and was the place was spotless. Bedding was very nice luxurious. Beautiful fresh picked vases of flowers in two of the rooms. Saw a cute deer outside at night while on balcony. Enjoyed my stay very much.”

“We really enjoyed our stay - drinking a glass of of wine on the patio looking out at the bay was perfect”

“Wonderful! We enjoyed our 4 nights! Perfect location.”

“Zoha was gracious and helpful. Lovely break for me. Grazie”

“One of those places that was so good you almost don’t want to review it, and just keep it a secret. But Melodie was such a good host, (she left really good cookies from a local bakery!), and our stay was so fun, I will leave a 5star review. Best pool ever! Perfect size and temperature with a great view, great chairs and loungers, pool toys, everything you could want. It’s also completely private -the pool is set down the slope from the main house, and just a very short walk to the casita, which……

“Very clean, comfortable and beautiful property.”

“Beautiful views with lots of tables and chairs on the decks. Was all great.”
