“Amazing hotel and amazing staff. We had the standard loft with a hot tub inside our bedroom! Loved it. Even though the reception is only open 9am-5pm, the hotel staff were very good at communicating with us through WhatsApp even when outside of these hours. The hotel feels very private. Love love love.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very modern, clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The location was also great, close enough to easily access Florence's main attractions, yet far enough away to enjoy a quieter atmosphere. It's about a 10 minute walk to the busy central area of Florence. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The receptionist is very helpful and polite. The room is exactly same as photo. You can see the Duomo. Not much food selection in their snack bar but you can still buy the pastry within 3 mins walking. Safe for solo trip. ”

“Muy buen hotel. Habitaciones nuevas y muy cómodas. Muy buen restaurante, bar y tienen un servicio de transporte que te lleva y trae al centro. Muy puntual. Además por autobús se llega al centro fácilmente. Atrás del hotel, caminando hay 2 restaurantes excelentes y muy accesibles. Es una muy buena opción para alojarte si quieres estar en un ambiente más tranquilo que el centro de la ciudad pero bien comunicado.”
