“This is a pristine condo with such kind hosts. They provide everything one would need for a stay away from home. The views are stunning, the beds are cozy. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. It is so peaceful and quiet except for the sounds of the ocean waves crashing. We will definitely be back for another stay.”

“Stayed with our 2 adult sons and my aging parents. Kitchen was perfect for cooking and prepping Thanksgiving sides for our Friendsgiving celebration in Watsonville. Access to the beach was perfect. Plenty of parking. Other occupants super friendly. Condo was clean. Beds were a little soft. Master bedroom was amazing. Second bedroom a bit crowded and the bathroom off second bedroom a bit small but my adult sons are big men. It’s all good. Would go back in a heartbeat. 4 people is ideal. I’d go……

“Enjoyable stay. Unit was very clean, nicely decorated and in a convenient location (as promised) close to the beach and downtown. The kitchen had all needed items and large enough to easily allow meal preparation. Host was highly responsive to questions.Only survey question that was hard to respond to since it was not part of our stay was the “winery experience” - gave a “3” rating when a N/A would be more appropriate! ”
