"The property and rooms are unique as this isn’t a chain hotel. Staff members spoke to me every time they saw me and made sure I didn’t need anything. From the valet to front desk to housekeeping."

"The property is conveniently situated near freeways, but it is quiet and easily accessible. We had a great breakfast in the hotel which was reasonably priced. Check in was smooth and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our only complaint was that our room was not made up after the first night, prior to our second night. The staff knocked on the door to do the room, and we said we needed 5 minutes to get out for them to to the cleaning. We went away for 45 minutes, but upon our return the room had not been made up which was a disappointment as we afforded them plenty of time to clean it and make up the bed, change towels etc. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay there again. "

"Loved the hotel, the room was amazing. It was set up nice, clean and felt at him. Easy to get anywhere you needed either by car as well as walking to places like the Sap Center for a concert."
