“Wonderful staff”

“I was put in a room all the way in the back when I walked in there was there insect in the room I went back to tell them she called someone the person spoke Spanish and said she didn’t see anything to just tell me they cleaned it but what they didn’t know is I spoke Spanish too so went back packed my suitcase and left the same day and was still charged for full stay ”

“The quilt smells bad, there are a lot of bugs in the room, and it's very dirty.”

“I wish they could pay more attention to cleaning the common areas and elevators. Every time I enter the elevator the floor was wet and smell disgusting.”

“Definitely an older building with old smells, but clean for sure. Staff were very nice!”

“The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!”

“The staff at the Hyatt Regency were so friendly and accomodating it made our stay that much pleasant. The room was clean and it felt fresh and airy. ”
