“We stayed here for 8 days. The hotel staff, restaurant food and spacious lobby, room space, comfortable pillows and beds... were all great. Very close to Oberlin College, great location!!”

“This hotel is a little worn. The linens and bathroom were clean, and that is most important for us for an overnight stay. The air conditioning in the room worked well. The pool and perhaps some other facilities are under renovation or repair. The staff was cordial and the breakfast was well organized and very neatly arranged.”

“Generally disappointed. Lots of small items in the room in rough shape or not working properly. Towels were SO worn. It's been decades since I've been in a hotel room with such poor quality towels. There were numerous long black hairs around the bathroom - I'm going to be generous and assume they belonged to someone from housekeeping. But they should tie their hair up better if that's the case. Also they were very proud of their new televisions and updated viewing platform, TV was nice but the……

“Front counter staff were pleasant, but very low key. The rooms were very dreary and need a touch of color in them. The beds were not very comfortable. The outlet placements on the walls were very poor and not enough of them to plug in everything that we needed to plug in. The room we stayed in said comfortably sleeps 4, but not enough room for my 2 kids and myself. Some of the outlets in the room did not work. There was black and orange mold in parts of the shower.
