"Best customer service ever!!!! I’ve been coming to MB for over 20 years and this was the first time staying here. I booked because they had ocean view rooms and allowed my pet. I traveled with my mom and after 14 hours of driving she needed help getting to the room . No need to ask… Gary quickly noticed and got a wheelchair for her and helped us to the room. Every single staff person was incredibly nice and willing to help if needed. It was quiet , clean and comfortable. Easy parking … lots of options without crossing the street or parking in a garage. (Not many resorts can say that!) I can’t wait to come back and check out more of the amenities. The pool area was great and they offered music and activities. Don’t waste your time or money anywhere else "
