“The room nice and clean.”

“We loved that the property was on the beach. The only thing was we were right in alignment with flights landing so it was quite noisy especially at night. Usually quiet by midnight. The elevator outside our room was especially noisy when being used. Bedroom was cleaned daily and bed was comfortable. The patio was sufficient and we loved being able to watch the morning sunrise. We had a breakfast package and it was totally worth it. Fresh and delicious!”

“Dirty no beach view bugs everywhere, drains in sink bathtub and toilet wouldn’t drain for hours. ”

“The hotel's sound insulation is not very good, but the overall price/performance ratio is OK.”

“Be careful which part of the property you stay in. I can’t speak to the other parts but construction on the slide/pool was on one side of my room and I was close to the working pool on the other side. The room does not keep sound out whatsoever. The room had someone else’s little black hair all over the bathroom and dirt/dust was over a lot of surfaces. Beds are horrible to sleep on longer than 1 night. I didn’t have the best stay between the noise, cat poop smell walking out to the beach and……

“No view Pool closed, ruck running outside the window for hours”

“Everything was good except it was a lot of water bugs on the floor when we walked it, they were dead”

“Elevator doesn’t work, got stuck more than once, when we opted to take the some of the stairs are broken at the base which is a huge hazard coming down or going up from the 6th floor carrying items. I had a room with two beds, and one of the beds has something black at the bottom of the sheet, our balcony door did not slide open easy and had to be pushed open with force, bathroom door is way too close to the toilet where you can’t open/close the door all the way, staff was friendly. Pool was not……

“It’s closed and couldn’t even stay at this hotel. We had to stay at the Polynesian next door so took us 2 hours to figure that out, check in, and find our room. ”

“Last minute room but was surprisingly very clean inside and very quiet despite it being spring break. The bathroom looks to just been remodeled and tub very clean. The cleaners worked very hard and I think management actually cares about their property. Can’t control the people that pay for rooms but they do control the noise and smoking thank goodness. The ice machine doesn’t work but the day I was leaving learned you can go to the desk and they will provide it. The pool was very clean and……

“Checking in was HORRIBLE! First staff member said we didnt have a reservation, second one came out and said come back and try in a few hours or something so we left excusing the attitude for a possible busy day and stress from work. Came back AND STILL NO HELP! Had to wait for a manager to come out of the back and pull it up just so i could get my room (which was apparently visible the ENTIRE time) Going to the room it had hair from whoever was in there before cleaning (inside used tissues on……

“This was the worse beach experience ever. The room I will say was pretty decent 3 beds. Only one room had tv, fridge too small for barely anything, not enough towels and rags. We had 5 guest and only received for 3 people. The area is very loud, people on drugs, and no respect for others who are trying to rest. On top of that there was no one at desk thru the night. When it was time to check out it took 3 hrs for anyone to come to the desk. We weren’t able to go do anything when we woke to leave……
