“Door on the bathroom didn’t lock and would open on its own. The bathroom was out of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The phone did not work so I had to go to the check in desk to ask for towels. When I mentioned that we needed the toiletries in the bathroom no one came. I went back down a second time and then someone finally came but needed to get in the bathroom unfortunately my son was already in the shower. Would never book here again or recommend this place.
