They wouldnt switch rooms because we booked through Expedia. Light was out in our room and they hand my wife a light bulb to change it. Had reservations at the Lookout restaurant at 6:30, got sat at 7, got someone elses (2 filets and a ceasar) food at 8pm which they said eat until we got our food at 9:45. My wife ordered a new york, but instead they brought……
