“Very old bathroom with loose floor tiles. Felt more like a budget motel. Room was generally ok but bedding smelled terrible and had blood stains. Management switched it out the next day. Staff were polite and accommodating. But general amenities are almost none. No coffee maker in the room.”

“I liked the friendly staff, clean rooms, casual vibe and while the free breakfast is just bread products it was nice to also have fruit available. Great location and wonderful beach items you could use was awesome. The only downside was my room location. I like being on the first floor but my room shared a wall with the lobby so when people came and went the front door slamming was irritating but it was mainly in the morning otherwise it was fairly quiet.”

“Loved our recent stay ! This hotel Is so private and nice! My tweens loved the pool and feeding the koi fish everyday! Loved easy access of ordering poolside lunch and just a quick drive to Main Street for shopping. What a gem of a hotel-we will def be back! Thank you for such a great staff! “This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money.”

“Office manager was pleasant, and our stay sufficed for a weekend when we would not be spending much time there. It is an older motel type property, but that was fine. The sheets and towels were clean. However, the outlet next to the sink was not up to date by code with a security shut off if wet, a ceiling panel over the tub was hanging, the caulking around the tub was black with mold, and the door was covered with dirty prints on the inside. These are all things that could be remedied easily……

“The Travelodge by Wyndham is a fixture on the Cape, being one of the few places a traveler can book a single night at the height of the busy summer season (most require at least two). The rate is affordable, which they tout on their roadside marquee; it is also open all year, which is beneficial when looking for a room any time of the year up there. That said: this place has seen better days. The room was in need of a basic refresh (carpet, paint on the trim work and doors), but was acceptably……
