“Exceptional experience! Beautiful hotel in the heart of Uptown surrounded by many restaurants bars and the event centers this location was great for our overnight stay. Valet is pricey at $60 but in this area parking is expensive. The entire staff were so friendly and welcoming and very attentive. Luxurious, we received complementary champagne in our room and a complementary cocktail at the bar. The vibe was southern hospitality dripping in Parisian luxury. The bed was firm, high quality linens……

“First things first Wanda makes the BEST omelette hands down. Plus she has a lovey voice . Valet team works hard & pleasant under pressure. I was VERY hurt when I booked via Expedia & promised an accessible room with two beds and roll in shower. My 81 yr old mother uses a walker & has chronic arthritis. I arrived @ 2:30 to be told there’s only ONE roll in shower for the entire property & it’s not available. She could not use her shower at all during her two night stay that totaled a little……
