“This hotel thinks of everything. Our room lights, TV, and heat was on when we got to our room. The staff offered us tooth brushes, tooth paste, etc because they new our bags got lost and we had nothing but the clothes we were wearing. The rooms are delightful. The hotel is clean and the staff is amazing. Will definitely stay here again. ”

“Very disappointing experience. At the time of check-in, I was informed at the last minute that the property was under renovation — no TV, no Wi-Fi, no breakfast, NO drinking water and unbelievably, not even basic toiletries! There was limited toilet paper, only two lamps were working, and there was a strong foul smell and constant noise outside the room, including dogs barking next door. To make things worse, I even spotted bugs on the bed. Absolutely horrible! My biggest question — why wasn’t……

“We didn't realized this place is under construction/renovation at the time we visited. I came in late around close to 11pm or so and said hi to the front desk clerk and she didn't acknowledged nor respond to my greeting. I said hi again and again but then there's still no response from her (she was on her phone)... Then she realized that I'm in front of her from her view against the glass window with the reflection of mine. And she said i startled her. Other than that, she customer service is……
