I’m truly enjoying my stay here at the Embassy, but I wanted to let you know about a few maintenance items in Room 2001. In the bathroom, the toilet isn't flushing properly and the bowl feels loose. The tub drain is also acting up, and the closet handle is a bit shaky. Thank you so much for listening and for being such an amazing manager Mary. Believe you me, if I’m ever in Myrtle Beach again, I would definitely stay here. I just wanted to make sure you were aware of what’s going on with the room!"
