“Great location, beautiful views, and very nice staff. The rooms were outdated and a bit grimy. Large stains on the furniture thruout the rooms, uncomfortable beds, seemed like the rugs haven’t been washed in a very long time. Grimy countertops and side tables. If they gave this hotel a deep clean and made some basic room upgrades, it could be a 10+.”

“The stay was nice, but our last morning was frustrating. After breakfast we couldn’t get back into our room. My boyfriend had to go down to the front desk twice..the first time they reset the same key, which still didn’t work. The second time they gave him a new key, which finally worked. It took so long because we were on a very high floor and the elevators kept stopping on multiple floors. I ended up standing outside our room for 25 minutes on a high floor while he went back and forth. I had……

“Absolutely loved our two bedroom. The ocean view was great with direct access from the end of the parking lot. I loved that you can set the air to different temps throughout the house per room. Everything is very quiet all the time. One negative thing I can say is the internet works poorly, I called to let them know it was messed up, they did send someone but by the time they got there it started working again. It was in and out our whole week there, also it would not connect to the tv. ”

“Very basic. Overpriced for what you get. Thin, small towels. No amenities. Broken bathroom fixtures. Empty lotion container. Coffee cups looked used. Balcony view was nice. ”
