"When I arrived at the hotel the room wasn’t ready. Check in time was 3pm I just got there to early. Once I got my room the air condition wasn’t working and the city had the water off. The water didn’t come back on until about 8 or 9pm. The staff moved me to another room where the tv wasn’t working but, yet again they replaced it a new one out the box. So, even though I had some hiccups they made sure they fixed it. So and the end of the day I was happy."
