“We booked in January and it for late May to accompany our daughter during Prom Weekend. We booked the VIP room with 2 Queen sized beds- shower and jacuzzi. It was overlooking the boardwalk and beach on the top floor- and spacious. That is what I expected. First they put us in the wrong room- one below with only one bed. When I went to the office to ask why they said they gave it to someone else. No explanation. After I showed them my receipt for the room I paid for with the details- they put us……

The cost of this hotel increased by $200 between clicking reserve and making my payment. $680 for one night was way overpriced, but we were feeling capricious and figured it was better than just staying home all weekend. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, we had no problem finding parking across the street, the room was very clean and comfortable, though the wall-sized photo of people on the beach creeped me……
