"The first room I was given was totally fine and lovely but I was concerned about my sleep schedule with an early morning work event. The super friendly front desk helped me change my room to a better sleep situation for me and were kind and understanding regarding the situation. I received a personal follow up email from the manager checking on how my stay was. Always love staying at the Wythe for these reasons! "

5/5 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was a nice size and comfortable. My only complaint is the peeling wallpaper, but it really didn't detract from our stay at all. The rooftop pool was smaller than expected, but the rooftop area was beautiful, with a nice view. The location was convenient with a lot in the area, and Times square just a 20 minute walk away and Central Park just 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again! "
"Loved this hotel. Although they lost a package that was delivered to me from a friend. Everything else was great, just a bit noisy from the Grand Central Station next door, but it's assumed so not surprised. Would definitely stay here again. "

"we were taking an Amtrak the next morning. The New Yorker is only a block and a half away. The hotel has 3 restaurants attached. Security is terrific checking each person before getting to the elevators. The room was comfortable and the TV terrific. "
