“I have been in this hotel many times (probably over few months) since September 2021. Some renovation done in mid 2022… fantastic! just one thing to maintain full stars review: to replace the dryers in the laundry if repair does not work (a bit annoying to pay 2-3 times to complete the dry since early 2022 😅)”

“The room was beautiful and clean. Very easy to get around and go into town. There was a restaurant walking distance. Everything else is a short car ride or uber ride away. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help out when needed. I would definitely recommend!”

“The property is excellent, although I think the bed is too high. The shower is fabulous, the climate control system is great. Breakfast was excellent. My wife and I did not like the town, or the surrounding towns, but we did find really nice restaurants for dinners.”

“Beautiful property! View was awesome, nice beach with chairs. The room could use some updating, stove top was broken so our morning coffee was delayed as the burner was very slow to heat the water for our French press we travel with. The view from our room was peaceful however the barbecue area was in direct view and there was always garbage piled up and was not pleasant to see. Overall great stay! ”

“My boyfriend and I stayed at The Menhaden for my birthday, and it was truly an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff incredible. The entire property was spotless — especially our room, which was beautifully maintained and so comfortable. I had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. The location is perfect too, just a short walk to everything in town. I couldn’t recommend The Menhaden more. 10/10 experience. Thank you……

“This is a very lovely property located just beyond town. It's quiet and inviting. The property is beautifully maintained. The rooms are charming, with many antiques and decorations creating a very homey and fun atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming and eager to make the stay extremely pleasant. Breakfast is included and coffee and snacks are available 24/7. Our stay exceeded our expectations and will be a place to stay for future visits to the area.”
