“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“5th time staying here. I would literally never stay anywhere else in Delafield. This hotel is so special. Incredibly stylish, seemingly furnished by Restoration Hardware and the onsite restaurant is a delight. The rooms are also huge. Even the base level one. Although I like to pay a few $ more for “The Master””
