The ferry service across the river was frequent and convenient access at several points along the Riverfront. The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was pleasant, engaging, and went out the extra mile to ensure that I had a wonderful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Nice hotel but they tell you that you have to pay $30 for Valet parking that there is no parking at the hotel. This is very misleading. There is a parking garage right across the street. We were there only one night and although the front desk tried to talk us out of it, we took our chances. Cost us $7 for our overnight stay. Pffft!"

"Great historical building right in the middle of the River Front Walk! Comfortable room. Complementary drinks from 4-6.. Very friendly staff. My only complaint was the elevator could be heard from my room so I was awakened frequently as a light sleeper. "

"The hotel is very close to the Riverfront area and in walking distance to stores & restaurants. The $45 parking - valet only - was a bit high."

"The rooms were nice, bathrooms clean with good products. Pool area was busy but still able to find seats. All staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Only downside to our room was that we were under the rooftop bar so could hear the thumping music at night. We had a white noise machine which helped out a lot."
