“The room was spacious and slept three very comfortably. The breakfast was delicious and offered all the selections we love! We couldn’t figure out how to get on wifi, but we didn’t ask either. Staff at check in were very polite and knowledgeable. At check out, the breakfast staff answered our questions and were very sweet to us.”

“Worker were very good. But as I walked out my door room 318 the ceiling almost hit my husband in head feel down we reported to staff and it sat there on floor in front of my room over night. Then part of the ceiling across from the room feel down again as I walked down the hall I seen more ceiling had fell down. It is very dangerous. “Parking was convenient and easy, breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great. Orphuem theater, beale street and the two stadiums are all within walking distance. The hotel gives you ear plugs ifvyou happen to be in rooms on the exterior close to beale street they work great. I never lost any sleep, and enjoyed the great music from next door while I was awake, when in the room orcthe hotel plaza.”

“At the time of check in, we were asked if we had a pet and we said NO. We were tired from our travel and went to the room for a good night sleep. I mentioned to my wife about some smell and she said it might be from cleaning. Next morning when we woke with smell and noice of dogs in the hallway, we realized that we were given pet friendly room on the second floor that is only for those who have pets. The size of the dogs was no limit and the noice in early morning was too loud. So much for……
