"Hotel is lovely with marble floored bathrooms and art deco boutique room decor. Staff was friendly & accommodating Bed was comfortable with cozy linens . The In Dining Room service was marginal and disappointing - the food was brought to the room in a to go container with plastic utensils The delivery person said it’s the only way they do Room Service. This is Not the Room Service level of quality & presentation of what is expected from a signature Autograph Hotel Would encourage room service...
