"This property is located perfectly for day trips to Carlsbad Caverns, Roswell, and White Sands. The house is a clean, cool, and calm oaises. The kitchen was stocked with a few basics for cooking (spices & EVOO). Great restaurants close by."

"Older home in a somewhat rundown neighborhood. Overall, clean with pretty good beds, linens and towels. Kitchen equipment and kitchen cleanliness need some work. About 35 minutes from Carlsbad NP. If you just need a place to sleep while you exploring, it's ok. You won't want to just hang around."

"The location of the house is perfect for walking to the water park, splash pad, play ground and swimming beach on the river. The house itself is in disrepair. The owner appears to be in the process of remodeling but if you are squeamish about poor bathrooms, open electrical outlets, or walls/floors that are not finishes then this is not the rental for you until their repairs are finished. The main two bedrooms are clean and comfortable. The other two bedrooms are fine for kids to have their...
