“Great staff, very helpful. We stayed 3 nights and the breakfasts were varied and plentiful. Highly recommend the Osh hotel for its location in the heart of Getsemani.”

“I had a wonderful time from check in to check out! The location is central, safe for a solo traveler, clean and staff was friendly and attentive. The staff were always willing to help and were accommodating. All the food and drinks were absolutely delicious! And the rooftop view along with the pool options are the perfect way to end your night. I’d definitely recommend staying here, especially for the price. “Hotel was excellent. Great location. Only concerns we had was the lighting in the bathroom could be brighter and the shower could be warmer”

“It was an extremely clean property. Betty Morales was fantastic!!”

“The breakfast is very very light Bad service and a very very small buffet. No espresso. We are in Colombia !!! Come on !coffee is important . Espresso machines are cheap now ! I want to pay for my good coffee but please buy a machine.”

“A pleasant colonial-style house, but it differs from the photos. The staff was very friendly and willing to help, though not very efficient in resolving issues. It is understandable that the property is old and they want to preserve its style, but maintenance is essential, and unfortunately, there is a lot missing: The A/C never worked, even though a technician supposedly came to check it (with Cartagena’s heat, it’s impossible to sleep without A/C). There’s a lot of mold and dampness everywhere……

“This is definitely a hidden gem in Cartagena! We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and polite. Our room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning definitely kept our room chill specially with that Cartagena heat. It’s in a quieter area in the walled city so we got some really good sleep at night. Everything is within walkable distance from restaurants to shops to major attractions.”
