"My husband, mom, and a couple friends stayed here for jazz fest and had an ideal experience. The swimming pool was nice in the heat we aren't used to and the air conditioning inside was also quite nice. Host was very responsive though we did not have any real issues with this place. Highly recommend for a group looking to visit NOLA but have a peaceful place to stay at night."

Perfect location
"One block from Bourbon street but was still quiet. Quick check in and check out. Everything was clean and we would return to the same hotel. "

"We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was so convenient and close to pretty much everything in the French Quarter, the canal and bourbon street.
We especially like the concierge, every single person we encountered that would open the doors, get our luggage for us, Etc they were really nice very welcoming and very communicative and approachable which is always great for the business as those are the faces of your business (the first people that we see).
The hotel itself was very cute we love the room we thought it was very nice. There were just a few cleanliness things that could be improved on with the room, in the bathroom in particular it wasn't as clean as it could have been but everything else was great.
We also loved the upstairs pool on top of the roof and the observation deck. Both were really cool. Would be nice though if there were more pool chairs, as at one point we went up and there were really no pool chairs to sit, so we had to sit by the bar until a space opened up....so maybe just including a few more of those big chairs, or having a time limit to the pool chair use so that people don't have to wait.
But other than that we loved this hotel and we would definitely come back!"

"Very upscale, felt like I stepped back in time. Room was clean.
Elevators are a little dated. They also decided to paint my door in the middle of the day and I got paint on my hand. "
