“Night person was arrogant, Rooms smelled and were dirty. Spiders hanging from ceiling in room and bugs behind the bathroom door on the floor bathroom sink ran all night in off position”

“Our room had mold on the window and on the blinds. It was on the inside of the blinds and outside. There was also a terrible musky wet smell in the room. The ceiling & headboards to the beds appeared to have a mildew/mold. I addressed it with the manager that didn’t seem to be surprised by it. Not my first visit to this hotel stayed a few years ago didn’t notice these issues but will be my last.”

“You get what you pay for, the room was a nightmare! I felt as if I was at a truck stop. Draped hanging halfway off the valance, baseboards coming off the walls, bed felt like I was on rocks, floors dirty, paint chipping from shower ceiling with mold in the shower however the staff was amazingly friendly and the manager was apologetic and the pantry was a plus. Coming into the hotel really fooled me cause I was not expecting what I got.. ”
