"We absolutely loved our stay at the Palmetto hotel. The location is walking distance from most popular tourist sites and exceptional restaurants. The staff was polite and helpful. We rented a car so that we could take a couple day trips while we were there and there is a valet conveniently located in the building. The breakfast was adequate and we had a little bite there every morning. If we ever return to Charleston, there is no question that we'd stay at this same hotel. I could not give it a higher recommendation. "
