“Great staff but room and property cleanliness need improvement. Stains and hair were found as examples. Balcony door didn’t lock and the door seal must have been compromised because it let in a lot of sound. ”

“Excellent in every way. Front desk welcoming, room comfortable and clean, robes and slippers. Valet parking service was spot on. Lowlands Restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, was excellent, both the food and service. Efficient check out. ”

“Our deluxe king room was quite snug. We stayed on the 4th floor and the person above us was stomping so so much. The property is absolutely lovely and the location was ideal- easy walking to lots of wonderful food. I would definitely recommend this hotel- maybe just spring for the superior king. ”

“The hotel is very nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were super hot though. It was cold out so I think the heat was on in the building. We turned our A/C to the lowest possible setting but still felt like we were baking. Overall a nice place. ”
