“Really clean room. The atrium was nice, but just so stifling hot that we could not use it much. Not their fault. The air conditioner was very loud and had difficulty keeping the room cool with the high temps and humidity. The day staff was really nice and helpful in lobby. The evening gentleman was quite curt.”

“Our hotel stay was great! The staff was amazing, shout out to Tristan who was so helpful!!! The room was lovely and roomy, air conditioning was on point. The complementary breakfast and cocktail hour was such a nice touch to our stay. The location of the hotel was unreal, it’s really in the middle of everything, extremely walkable. Saturday there was a market outside and Sunday they blocked off king street nearby for a market. I’d absolutely stay here again if I find myself in Charleston again.”

“The property was as pictured, and the interior was decorated nicely. The breakfast was the same every day and merely adequate. Snacks and coffee were available throughout the day. There is a large parking area which we did not use. I found some of the staff to be less than helpful. We had a stopped-up toilet in our room and reported it immediately. We spent the afternoon and early evening out of our room. When we returned the problem was never addressed. I texted a representative and explained……

“I selected this hotel for the complimentary breakfast. And a bonus was they brought it to your room. It was lovely. It’s simple selections such as coffee, juice, tea, eggs, bagel, pastries, oatmeal, fruit and cereal to name a few. But it did the job. The staff were very friendly and welcoming on my arrival and throughout my stay. Room was clean and quiet. It was in a great location. I would stay again and recommend the stay.”
