“There was no front desk for checking. Instead someone greased you and checked you in while seated in a comfortable seat. The staff everywhere was extremely nice and helpful. Went out of their way to take care of my wife and I. The location was great.. restaurants everywhere. we walked to everything except the sunset cruise”

“The property was way more than I expected. All staff was really friendly and helpful. The amenities are wonderful. The staff my cleaning people great. How they interact with each individual was really impressive to me. They have a wine and cheese hour a cookie and milk hour and also their breakfast buffet was outstanding. Truly I don’t have anything bad to say about it”

“The property was clean overall, but the showers were absolutely horrible. There was barely any water pressure, which made the experience very frustrating. For the amount they charge per night, I would expect basic amenities like a properly functioning shower to be up to standard. Honestly, it felt like staying at a Motel 6. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the price!!!”

Staff was very nice and the complimentary wine and snack hour in the afternoon was appreciated. But overall, not up to the standards of a luxury boutique hotel.”

I really enjoyed the valet service. In truth I didn't enjoy the breakfast. It was quite small, and it was all carbohydrates. I have never seen a hotel that didn't at least have scrambled eggs. All the other amenities were great, but when I came down the first morning for breakfast, I looked around and said, where is it? Not……
