"This was a great property for what we needed. Was able to walk to a couple of the places we had planned on going to. Nice neighborhood. Great host! Jim was very easy to communicate with."

"J Shuntay and Ade are very good hosts! There were two tornadoes during my stay and an installation. I give them five stars because those were acts of nature that they handled with exceptional care, offering support as needed and making sure things were great while keeping my needs at the forefront. The place is very clean, the neighborhood is pleasant, and they are wonderful people. Good stay."

"Beautiful, comfortable apartment. Loved the decor. Stairs up to building’s entry and then down to the basement apartment present a daunting challenge, particularly when carrying luggage. "

Great stay in Chinatown - fabulous restaurants and activites. Clean, safe, great hotel. Parking is $30 in a connected garage with in an out possibilities with a sticker from the front desk (not the hotel's but connected to the hotel) - a great price for Chicago.

This was the fourth time I’ve stayed here, and I’ll keep coming back. The location is very handy for families of Columbia College, the rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it’s priced well.

Friendly staff, good location. We were there for a concert. Eveything about the hotel was great, only complaint i had is that you are automatically charged a “perks” fee for things we would never use, like an hour on the scooters, that doesnt benfit everyone. Aside from that, no complaints!

Extremely easy check in, attentive and friendly staff, the attached restaurant and staff where great, we where given a credit to use at the restaurant upon check in at the hotel. The rooms are a bit small, but will do if your single or a couple, we feel the like shower design could be better as it causes water to get on the floor, the downside is parking, but it’s the cost of being in a prime location, I would stay again

We went for Lollapalooza and it was a really great location - just accross the street. I didn't love the check in process as you check in yourself on tablets (there is someone to help if you need it though), but the tablet just kept freezing and I had to go to the next one after having tried a few times on the first tablet. Other than that, this is a great location really close to downtown and museums. About 1 mile from Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile but if you don't feel like walking that...

A beautiful lobby filled with history, attentive & friendly staff, and a clean updated room were the hallmarks of this hotel. I only wish we had been staying more than 1 night to experience it more thoroughly. The location was perfect for our visit to the Chicago Art Museum.

We stayed here for a concert and the hotel was within walking distance to the McCormick place where the concert was held. Property had valet parking which was great. The only thing I wish they had was someone to help with bringing luggage to your room. Other than that, the hotel was perfect, great location, the staff very friendly and accommodating. I Will definitely support this hotel again. Not to mention the rooftop bar on the 22nd floor was perfect as well. We didn’t even have to leave the...

Nice hotel, fair warning they take a $225 security deposit on top of the total for the room. This was not mentioned anywhere on the properties page and Expedia needs to add this detail.

Perfect location, walked to Soldier Field for a concert, walked to museums. Hopped on the train around the corner to go North. All hotel employees were so friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again!
