“This is a n extraordinary condo that feels like home, elegant but comfortable, and the view is outrageous. With a view of the Hudson and West Point and a first class restaurant a stone's throw. And check out the Phillipstown Depot Theater across the tracks -- an intimate, compelling creative space. Great bookstore nearby, and an art gallery. And minutes from Cold Springs and the magnificent Graymoor Franciscan Center. We loved our stay.”

“We booked the property because our family is growing too large for all of the children and grandchildren to spend the holidays together. The “holiday house” as our 4 year old coined it was the perfect place to spend Christmas and Hanukkah. Large yet cozy and very well appointed. All of our communication with proprietors was prompt and helpful, and they had the driveway salted and plowed within hours of the (very picturesque) snowfall the day before Christmas. I would happily book here again. ”
