“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is……

“We stayed for two separate nights before and after Inca Trail tour. Both of the rooms are comfortable, beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so much to choose, and many of the food is from the local area. We also took pictures with the cute baby alpaca in the garden. The hotel is located just few minutes walk from the main square, but it's quiet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to join the pisco sour class.”

“The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The staff were very friendly, especially the bell guy, who was warm and polite. However, the room was a bit dated, and the bathroom towels were not very clean, which didn’t quite match the price of the hotel. ”

“This boutique hotel is definitely quite unique in term of decor. The comforter is probably the softest I have felt in hotels. Though the rooms are not very soundproof and my room had window with exterior street view. The breakfast staff were very helpful making eggs to order.”

“I knew I was in trouble when I saw a basket of ear plugs next to the bed. As it turns out, they were definetely needed! Although this hotel is in a great location - right off the Plaza de Armas, and is off a little street with cute shops and places to eat, it is also located near several clubs, and they play well into the night, or early morning, often not stopping until 4:00am. If this doesn't bother you great - but if you have any difficulty sleeping, I don't recommend it. Other than that……
