"This is definitely a top-notch property. Beautiful place and grounds. Communication was quick. Only negative for me, may not be for others, is lots of rules and had to do a lot of thinking. Example: wanted to pack my granddaughter's birthday gift but had to wait to leave the property because the bag had a few sprinkles of glitter on it, which is a big no-no with hefty fees. "This property is in an IDEAL location for patient/family stay during the weeks after an organ transplant at Mayo Clinic. Only a short and easy 2 mile drive to the hospital. Nice on early morning lab draw days and any office visit follow-ups. Was wonderful not having to fight morning traffic on major roadways. Elevator in our building was a plus with a post surgical situation. Quiet apartment complex even though there are several buildings. Taking walks going north on the sidewalk of 56th street...
