“We had an excellent experience. Lynley, the property manager, was incredible. She responds immediately and takes care of the property very well. There were a few things that needed attention but very minor. It was not an upscale place, but very affordable and in a neighborhood with lots of families close together. It was the perfect location to lots of things to see and do in Richmond. ”

“The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. “The place looked good online, but it is larger than it seems and better than I can express!!!!What a true gem in a setting you try to think of reasons to return for another occasion before you have even left.All went well and was very easy from the reservation, communication, arrival, stay, adding my son's dog for 2 days 24 hours before arrival, to cleanup and leaving,,,,,which we were all sad to drive away!Had a great experience that I left something and was able to go back a few days later...

“I stayed here with my husband and 3 of our friends from college while in town for a friend’s wedding. The location was close to the venue and easy to navigate to. The host had amazing communication and was easy to get a hold of when needed. Only big complaint is that it wasn’t in the NICEST area, but we didn’t feel unsafe ever. "El concepto es buenísimo. Como si fuera un dorm de una universidad. En el lobby tienen una cafetería, mesa de billar, de video juegos, juegos de mesa, sofá frente a la chimenea. Y el cuarto era una suite de una recámara con una litera y sofá cama en la sala y una cama king size en la recámara. Dos baños, todo decorado con el concepto universitario.
