“I stayed here for a short night after attending a sports event. Incredibly disappointed to be honest. I would like to first say the staff was excellent and responsive to my needs and assisting with the issues. Staff was great again. The walls here are paper freaking thin. I mean every single word that comes out of your “neighbors” mouth is heard. The pool area is disgusting it REEKS like cigarettes. Towels at this location are super old and raggedy. “We booked a suite at TownePlace, but they had issues with the room. They transferred us to their sister hotel next door and booked us in 2 rooms to try to accommodate, but they were not adjoining rooms and we did not want to put our small children in a separate room. Ultimately we did not get the type of room that we paid for.”

“Power outage stopped us from checking in. Even though the whole lobby had electricity, the cooler, the computer could pull up the reservation and ALL the lights were on. I can’t review the room, pool or even staff but it was a poor experience. Will take my refund pay more to stay somewhere else.”
