“We booked a suite at TownePlace, but they had issues with the room. They transferred us to their sister hotel next door and booked us in 2 rooms to try to accommodate, but they were not adjoining rooms and we did not want to put our small children in a separate room. Ultimately we did not get the type of room that we paid for.”

“It was a nice and easy hotel. Very affordable & staff was nice. Recommended restaurants and what to do in the area. Not far from columbus either if you need an affordable place to stay. ”

“We were in town from Pittsburgh for my mother-in-law’s funeral.. First of all, check-in couldn’t have been better. It was fast, easy and I believe her name was Stacy? She was the sweetest. The pillows were so nice that I wanted to take one home and make it my own, but I resisted the temptation. The room was clean. The bed was a little firm for my liking but I’m sure a lot of guests would appreciate that. Now for my dislikes. The smoke alarm located on the ceiling above the bed went off at 6:50……

“I don’t know, our room we had reserved for almost a week was given away to an award member and we never received a phone call letting us know until we were checking in. ”

“Balcony was very scenic. I loved everything about our stay. It would have been nice if the tavern was open. That was the only letdown. ”

“The hotel is very tucked back, so it is quiet, the rooms in common areas have been freshly remodeled and are looking amazing, it was very clean. The rooms were very large in size. The beds were comfortable. We had very little interaction with the staff, except checking in, which was fine friendly we did not eat at the facility at all, so I can't comment on the restaurant.”

“Staff was super friendly, breakfast was perfect. The shade for my window fell off when I tried to raise it the next day. It wasn't back on that night so I just draped it over the rod and it was fine”
