“We booked a suite at TownePlace, but they had issues with the room. They transferred us to their sister hotel next door and booked us in 2 rooms to try to accommodate, but they were not adjoining rooms and we did not want to put our small children in a separate room. Ultimately we did not get the type of room that we paid for.”

“We were in town from Pittsburgh for my mother-in-law’s funeral.. First of all, check-in couldn’t have been better. It was fast, easy and I believe her name was Stacy? She was the sweetest. The pillows were so nice that I wanted to take one home and make it my own, but I resisted the temptation. The room was clean. The bed was a little firm for my liking but I’m sure a lot of guests would appreciate that. Now for my dislikes. The smoke alarm located on the ceiling above the bed went off at 6:50……

“I honestly have been disappointed the last few times I stayed at the Embassy Suites. The rooms are getting smaller or maybe my kids are just getting big. But the room smelled like stinky feet. The bed had lit all over. The door on the bathroom was broke my mom got locked in. The swimming pool was kinda dirty this go round! The pool closed early for some reason that is generally why we picked the Embassy. But the breakfast was really good. ”
