“Had a great stay at the Margaritaville St. Thomas. The property was beautiful, clean & well maintained. My room was great & had additional amenities such as a kitchen, dishwasher, plates, silverware, sofa bed, patio etc.. The room was very spacious for my child and I. They are close to the local beach & has several pool options. The on site restaurant food was very good & there is a convenient store/coffee shop also online. I appreciate that. I would definitely visit again.”

“This place is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and make sure you feel welcomed at all times of the day. From the moment you enter the gate until the second you leave, you feel well taken care of. Also there are many amenities available. We enjoyed kayaking and hanging out on the beach and by the pool. There are many activities at the beach included in your room purchase that make it very worth it. We were happy not leaving the resort much at all.”

“I love the privacy we had with room and balcony. There is no smoking of any kind on property, but they do have a designated area. Not too many activities unless you travel over to st John's but the stay was great!”

“AVOID!!!! When we showed up here we were informed they were sold out of all of the king rooms that we booked. Therefore they could not honor it. This was after a day of delayed flights and rough travel. The girl at the desk was basically zero help and not friendly at all. She told us the best they could do was put us in a room with two full beds. She offered to wave the $25 a day fee in order to make up for it…. After standing outside in the humidity on the phone for over an hour, thankfully……

The communication with the manager Leah, was excellent. During a rolling blackout, on the entire island, she guided us through the situation and was completely understanding. “We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay at the Ritz Residences in St. Thomas. Literally every staff member was lovely, the residence’s 3 bedrooms were an ideal setup for our family, the pools, beaches, restaurants, and other amenities were all wonderful. The first vacation in a while where nobody wanted to leave! There was an issue with a power outage one day, where the generator also failed, but that seemed to be an island problem, not a property one. We heartily recommend this place and……

This was my first vacation with my boyfriend, so the trip itself was special, but there were a few aspects of the accommodations that could have been improved. I was notified, less than two weeks ahead of arrival that initial deposit payment for the room was not cleared and I was subjected to lose my reservation. The reservation was booked over 7 months prior and no accomodations were made considering this was an oversight of the property. The check-in……

“Hi I'm will major and I wanted to say I enjoyed my trip to St. Thomas and my stay at the sapphire but one thing I didn't appreciate was treatment from certain staff. The night before my departure I wanted to enjoy my lasts few hours night swimming with my lady and I did up until about 9 pm, I was getting ready to exit the pool area in the back and a security guard approached me, remind you my lady just left the pool area to go back to the room and he told her have a goodnight. “The area was conveniently located close by the ferry. I admire that there is an on-site restaurant along with 2 pools. Definitely gives vacation vibes and it is also conveniently located by the marina and the beach. The host wrote well written instructions and suggestions where I didn't even need to contact him. Everything was smooth. This was an incredible experience!”
