“I know its not the hotels fault but it smelled horrible because of so much sargassum seaweed. What i didn't like was that not once did they clean our room in the 4 nights we were there. When I called to ask what was going on they told me they dont have daily cleaning unless we ask for it so I asked to come but they still didn't”

“We just came back from a stay at Secret Harbor beach resort. We stayed in a one bedroom condo on the beach side of the resort. The room was spacious and beautiful. I loved that we had a dining table and kitchen. After swimming all day, the kids preferred to stay in at night which was great, with the spacious room. The beach was beautiful and we were able to see many interesting fish when on site snorkeling. The onsite restaurant has delicious food- steps away from our room. The east end location……

“This is one of the worst resorts I have ever stayed in, the property was on a hill, no elevators, the staff didn’t even tell us where the stairs were, we were told our room was garden view like Hawaii and we had a few trees with a parking lot view, the beach area was small and pretty unusable, the food was expensive and not very good, the staff were completely unhelpful, they changed our room to an ocean view that was again the parking lot with a very slight view of the ocean in the distance,……

“My family stayed in Crystal Cove. We stayed in D14, run by Blue Octopus Properties. The rooms were clean, smelled good, and were completely stocked. The communication with the manager Leah, was excellent. During a rolling blackout, on the entire island, she guided us through the situation and was completely understanding. I will stay there again and again.”

“We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay at the Ritz Residences in St. Thomas. Literally every staff member was lovely, the residence’s 3 bedrooms were an ideal setup for our family, the pools, beaches, restaurants, and other amenities were all wonderful. The first vacation in a while where nobody wanted to leave! There was an issue with a power outage one day, where the generator also failed, but that seemed to be an island problem, not a property one. We heartily recommend this place and……

This was my first vacation with my boyfriend, so the trip itself was special, but there were a few aspects of the accommodations that could have been improved. I was notified, less than two weeks ahead of arrival that initial deposit payment for the room was not cleared and I was subjected to lose my reservation. The reservation was booked over 7 months prior and no accomodations were made considering this was an oversight of the property. The check-in……

“The area was conveniently located close by the ferry. I admire that there is an on-site restaurant along with 2 pools. Definitely gives vacation vibes and it is also conveniently located by the marina and the beach. The host wrote well written instructions and suggestions where I didn't even need to contact him. Everything was smooth. This was an incredible experience!”
